Hallelujah "Halle" was the first born female after 15 straight males! So her name came out of our mouths as soon as we determined the sex of our 16th cria!

This robust girl is a beautiful color. We had her fleece processed into roving originally thinking of felting, but it felt nice so we sent off a couple pounds of it to a hand-spinner. We can't wait to get it back and see how it turned out.
Unfortunately she was not bred by her prior owner and try as we might, we did not get her pregnant and feel she is at the age beyond when she should be expecting her first baby.
She is being offered at a pet price but she isn't a "pet" really no alpacas are, but lets just say she really does not do well on a halter. Perhaps she could get used to a halter with one-on-one training but it would take some care and patience with someone familiar and experienced with alpacas. We feel her best fit is probably a companion animal or for someone who mostly just wants to look at something beautiful.
